Commodities

Your account is created with some default commodities and commodity categories.

Do not change a commodity that has been used on tickets, except to correct a name or change the category. Be aware that if you change a commodity, all tickets containing line items of that commodity will be changed. Removing a commodity will not affect existing tickets, but you will no longer be able to search by that commodity.

  1. To add or remove commodities and categories, go to the Admin Settings screen by clicking on the menu icon in the top left.
  2. Then tap the Admin Settings menu item.
  3. Select the "Commodities" or "Categories" tab at the top of the screen.
  4. To add a commodity, tap "Create commodity".
  5. To remove a commodity, tap on the commodity you would like to remove, then tap on the remove icon in the top right.
