Commodities
Your account is created with some default commodities and commodity categories.
Do not change a commodity that has been used on tickets, except to correct a name or change the category. Be aware that if you change a commodity, all tickets containing line items of that commodity will be changed. Removing a commodity will not affect existing tickets, but you will no longer be able to search by that commodity.
- To add or remove commodities and categories, go to the Admin Settings screen by clicking on the menu icon in the top left.
- Then tap the Admin Settings menu item.
- Select the "Commodities" or "Categories" tab at the top of the screen.
- To add a commodity, tap "Create commodity".
- To remove a commodity, tap on the commodity you would like to remove, then tap on the remove icon in the top right.
